About the Role

Analyse business needs and translate them into innovative technology solutions.
n
Lead solution design, implementation and enhancement of corporate systems.
n
Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimise service delivery.
n
Manage system upgrades,



integrations and ongoing application support.
n
Collaborate with vendors, business units and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes.
n
Contribute to Council's digital strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
n

About You
n
n
Significant experience delivering end-to-end business and digital solutions.
n
Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
n
Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based technologies.
n
Knowledge of application lifecycle management and systems integration.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
A collaborative approach with solid problem-solving capabilities.
