You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of an Introduction to Horticulture course for people looking to join the industry

About you
n
n
Willingness to travel to other sites within the Cairns region
n
An inclusive and supportive approach to people
n
Be an driven, supportive and community minded person
n
Able to work with a range of learners to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
n
Experience in delivering work ready skills and digital literacy training
n
Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area
n
Ability to identify barriers to learning to support student attendance
n
n
VET
n
n
Must have Certificate III in Horticulture or Landscape and Construction or similar qualification
n
Relevant qualifications and industry currency
n
Must hold a current up to date TAE***** including TAELLN411 or TAE 401A and TAEASS502 or 502A or 502B
n
