We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to lift our brand, sharpen our messaging and lead customer engagement across Catholic Healthcare.
n
You'll lead a talented team, influence senior stakeholders and turn insight into brand campaigns, communications and customer experiences that make an impact.
n
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

Lead brand, digital and marketing strategies that support growth
n
Strengthen Catholic Healthcare's market presence and customer value proposition
n
Oversee media and communications activity, events and campaigns from ideas to impact
n
Lead inbound sales team ensuring seamless sales and customer service
n
Coach and energise a capable, cooperative and customer-focused team
n
n
We're looking for someone who brings:

Senior marketing and communications leadership experience with a strong track record of delivery
n
Strength across brand,



digital marketing and customer engagement
n
Commercial thinking and confidence using insights, data and market intelligence
n
A natural leadership style that brings people with you
n
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, including confidence engaging with Board members and senior leaders
n
Ability to manage priorities, budgets, suppliers and deadlines with ease
n
