Job Description

What will you be doing?
n
n
Travelling to sites within Sydney Metro and Regional NSW to conductsite asset life cycle, condition, risk, and replacement assessments
n
Collectingkey asset
informationacrossHVAC
& BMSServices.
n
Auditing individual assetsusing Grosvenor's advanced technology
n
Conveying collected audit data and key findings to relevant stakeholders – allowing strategic asset management
n
Developing relationshipsand partnering with clients to achieve auditing outcomes.
n
Identifying opportunities for potential repairs, upgrade works, refurbishments, and new business
n
n
Desired Skills and Experience
n
What will you need to join the team?
n
n




Trade Qualification– Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
n
Restricted ElectricalLicence
n
Hands on experiencewith repairs, emergency breakdowns and maintenance on a variety of HVAC/BMS assets in commercial backgrounds
n
Ability to work within a team or autonomously
n
Awesome communications skills– the ability to build excellent client relationships
n
Proven track record of deliveringhigh quality outcomes
n
Intermediate computer skillsto use our internally developed programs, as well as Microsoft Office package.
n
The willingness to learn, as well as contribute your knowledge and skills to the team and company
n
