3D Recruitment is representing a nationally operating commercial fit-out, shopfitting and refurbishment contractor to appoint an experienced Site Foreman for projects across Melbourne. This is a hands-on opportunity suited to a confident Site Foreman who can coordinate trades, subcontractors, deliveries and site activities while maintaining programme, quality and safety across fast-paced fit-out environments.

THE ROLE
n
n
Take ownership of day-to-day site operations across commercial fit-out projects.
n
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries and site activities.
n
Ensure works are progressing in line with programme, quality and safety requirements.
n
Manage site logistics, sequencing and coordination of multiple trades.
n
Monitor workmanship and ensure construction activities meet project specifications.
n
Identify and resolve site issues proactively to maintain project progress.
n
Maintain a safe, organised and productive site environment.
n
Work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, clients and other project stakeholders.
n

YOU
n
n
Previous experience as a Site Foreman, Foreman or similar within commercial construction or fit-out.
n
Experience across retail, hospitality, office or refurbishment projects.
n
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics and trade coordination.
n
Confident managing subcontractors and multiple trades on site.
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
n
Good communication skills and the ability to build robust relationships with trades and stakeholders.
n
Practical, hands-on and solutions-focused approach to site management.
