CULTIVATION TECHNICIANS

We're looking for a Cultivation Technicians to join our growing team.
n
The Role
n
Perform daily cultivation activities including planting, transplanting, pruning, plant maintenance and harvesting.
n
Monitor plant health and promptly report pests, disease, abnormalities or quality concerns.
n
Follow cultivation schedules, SOPs, hygiene requirements and strict biosecurity procedures.
n
Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in line with regulatory and quality standards.
n
Support cleaning, sanitation and general operational activities while working safely and collaboratively across the cultivation team.
n
