The Hunt is excited to be partnering with Unite Health to find a warm, highly organised Student Experience Coordinator to join their close-knit team in their new South Yarra home.
n
Established in ****, Unite Health is the exclusive provider of APPI Pilates teacher training across Australia and New Zealand and a leading provider of Pilates education, having supported more than 10,000 students through their education journey.
n
This is a hands‐on role at the heart of the Unite Health student experience. You'll be a key point of contact for students, prospective students and alumni, while coordinating the administration that keeps courses, certification processes and the South Yarra studio running smoothly.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Deliver warm, responsive support to students across email, phone and in person
n
Manage the student inbox and ensure enquiries are followed through to resolution
n
Coordinate certification exams, including communication with students, examiners and venues
n
Support course enrolments, transfers and general student administration
n
Help coordinate course setup and the smooth running of the South Yarra studio
n
Manage studio supplies, venue bookings and day‐to‐day office requirements
n
Maintain accurate records and organised administration
n
Work closely with the Operations Manager, General Manager and wider Unite Health team
n

About you
n
You're someone who genuinely enjoys being organised and helping people.
n
You take pride in getting the details right, follow things through and enjoy being the reliable person others can count on.



You'll be equally comfortable communicating with a student as you are working through a busy inbox or coordinating the detail behind an upcoming course.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
3+ years' experience in customer service, administration, coordination or a similar support role
n
Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
n
Warm, professional written and verbal communication
n
Robust time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities
n
A genuine love of delivering an exceptional customer or student experience
n
Reliability, ownership and strong follow-through
n
Confidence using Microsoft Office, Zoom and Google Drive
n
An interest in health, wellness, movement or education
n
Experience using CRM or LMS platforms such as HubSpot or Moodle would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.

This is a full‐time, onsite role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
