We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Teacher for Centre support to join our beautiful service at Minto . We are looking for a motivated and dedicated early childhood educators to support with the daily operations of our beautiful service.

Aboutthe role
n
Knowledge of the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensuring high quality program and environment is provided to the children and educators.
n
Developing robust and positive relationships with the community, children and the families.
n
Ability to support,supervise, mentor and train staff.
n
Ability to monitor health, safety and risk management strategies.
n
Maintain positive and professional relationships with the team members.
n
Ability to support the admin needs of the centre
n
Ability to do handle parent enquiry and tours
n

Skills and experience
n
n
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
n
Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
n
Experience in 2IC, leadership and management qualities
n
Previous experience in managing the childcare software such as OWNA
n
Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
n
Child Protection Training
n
Good Communication Skills and Ability to work in a team environment.
n
Current Working with Children Check
n
Sound knowledge and understanding of Child Protection
n
