Coordinating and working with financial, investment and commercially sensitive information
Coordinating expenses, invoices, payments and other financial administration for the Principals as required
Supporting mergers and acquisitions, investments and other transactions, including coordinating due diligence, information requests, data rooms, advisers, documentation and key deadlines
Supporting governance, research and other strategic or special projects as required
Providing personal and lifestyle support to the Principals, including appointments, travel, events and other private arrangements

Strong digital literacy and confidence working across multiple systems
Absolute discretion, integrity and respect for confidentiality
Flexibility and willingness to undertake domestic and international travel, including accompanying the Principals on business and private travel as required
Experience within a private family office, investment group, qualified services environment or supporting business owners across both commercial and personal matters will be highly regarded.
