Job Description
Seers Digital is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Senior Oracle Forms / PL/SQL Engineers for upcoming project opportunities. This role will suit a highly experienced engineer with deep knowledge of legacy Oracle environments and a solid background in analysing complex applications, databases and business logic.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Lead source code reverse engineering across Oracle Forms applications
n
Analyse Oracle database objects and application dependencies
n
Map relationships between source code, database components and business processes
n
Review and validate business and system rules extracted using AI-assisted tools
n
Identify technical risks, dependencies and areas requiring further investigation
n
Produce clear technical documentation to support modernisation and transformation activities
n
Work closely with technical teams and project stakeholders throughout delivery

About you
n
You will ideally bring:
n
n
15+ years of experience working with Oracle Forms
n
Strong experience with Oracle Forms 6
n
Extensive Oracle 9 and Oracle 11 database engineering experience
n
Advanced PL/SQL and database object analysis skills
n
Experience in source code reverse engineering and dependency mapping
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
n
The ability to validate complex business and system rules
n
Clear written and verbal communication skills
n
n
