About the Role
n
We are looking for an experienced Senior Reconciliation Consultant (SmartStream TLM) to join its Sydney-based delivery team. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SmartStream TLM solutions for leading banking and financial services clients.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Configure and implement SmartStream TLM solutions.
n
Design and maintain reconciliation workflows, matching rules, and exception management processes.
n
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
n
Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and production deployments.
n
Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and system issues.
n
Work closely with business users, operations teams, and project stakeholders.
n
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
n
n
Required Skills
n
n
5+ years of hands-on SmartStream TLM experience.
n




Solid expertise in:
n
TLM Reconciliations
n
TLM Premium
n
Matching Rules Configuration
n
Workflow & Exception Management
n
Experience within Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, Treasury, Custody, or Securities Operations.
n
Strong SQL and database skills.
n
Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
n
Preferred Skills
n
n
Experience delivering SmartStream projects for banking and financial services clients.
n
Understanding of trade lifecycle and financial operations.
n
Exposure to SWIFT, Payments, Securities, or Treasury products.
n
