We're looking for a motivated Commercial Property Manager to join our team on a full time or four-day per week basis. Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio
n
Build robust relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring clear and consistent communication
n
Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and rent reviews
n
Monitor and manage rental arrears and coordinate debt recovery
n
Implement best practice lease administration processes
n
Review and report on asset performance, providing recommendations for improvement
n
Coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors
n

About You
n
n
Experience in commercial property management preferred
n




A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
n
A valid driver's licence
n
Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices across retail, commercial, and ideally industrial properties would be highly regarded.
n
Excellent lease interpretation skills
n
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
n
High level of organisation and attention to detail
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
n
Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude
n
