About the Client

Our client is a well-established Australian company with a large-scale 3PL and distribution operation based in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane. They are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their team and help oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
n
This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone with strong warehouse experience who is confident leading a team while remaining actively involved in the operation.

The Role:
n

Leading and supporting the warehouse team, including daily task allocation
n
Coordinating receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, dispatch, and general warehouse operations
n
Operating high reach forklift and using WMS/RF scanning systems
n
Monitoring productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and overall wareh$80K-$85K + Superouse performance
