Salary per hour: $***** + Casual Loading + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Employment Type: Casual (1 Friday per fortnight) plus leave backfill at times.

Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement *********

We are seeking a reliable, practical and skilled Home Maintenance & Gardener to join our team. The successful candidate will provide general home maintenance, gardening assistance and minor repairs for older people, people with disabilities, carers and families.
n
The role involves helping clients maintain safe, functional and well-presented homes and outdoor areas. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, good attention to detail and a genuine commitment to providing respectful, friendly and reliable service.

About you
n
n
Proven ability to complete general home maintenance, gardening and minor repair tasks.
n
Experience with basic gardening, lawn care, pruning, weeding and general outdoor maintenance.
n
Ability to undertake minor home modifications and maintenance tasks safely and effectively.
n
Practical, reliable and able to work independently.
n
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
n
Courteous, respectful and helpful when working with clients.
n




Ability to respect the rights, privacy, dignity and individual needs of every client.
n
Committed to providing a high standard of service and quality workmanship.
n
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Must hold a current Victorian Driver's Licence.
n
