About the role
n
Due to ongoing growth and an exciting pipeline of commercial work, we're looking for a qualified Painter to join our team full-time.
n
You'll work across a variety of commercial projects—from high-end retail and hospitality spaces to office and franchise fit-outs, with the occasional residential job to keep things fresh. We want someone who's dependable, detail-oriented, and can carry themselves with initiative on-site.
n
Due to the nature of our projects and national clients, some after-hours work and interstate travel may be required from time to time. Flexibility and professionalism are key.
n

Responsibilities

Deliver a high standard of quality and attention to detail




n
Complete jobs on time and meet client expectations
n
Maintain a clean and professional job site
n
Interact confidently and respectfully with clients and other trades
n
Follow WHS protocols and contribute to a protected work environment
n
Come to site fully prepared with the right tools and mindset
n
Escalate issues where necessary and take ownership of your work
n
Read and interpret job plans and scopes
n
Organize your tasks and time effectively to keep projects on track
n
Be willing and available for occasional after-hours and interstate work
n
What We're Looking For
n
5+ years' experience in painting, ideally within the commercial sector
n
Experience working on high-end or detailed fit-outs
n
Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
n
White Card & valid driver's licence
n
A go-getter attitude with strong initiative
n
Currently not accepting Visa applicants
n
Australian permanent residency is required for this position
n
Above award wages – competitive pay for the right applicant
