An opportunity now exists for a Business Development Manager - NSW. Reporting to the Eastern Regional Manager. This position plays a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the existing client base, whilst pursuing growth and recent business development in accordance with the regional sales, marketing and account management objectives.
n
This position can be based out of our Rydalmere branch with regular travel to our Singleton branch or Singleton branch with regular travel to our Rydalmere branch.
n
The key responsibilities are as follows:
n
n
Development and execution of a regional sales plan to ensure short and long-term objectives for sales, profit and market position are achieved
n
Identify and develop new business within the NSW region via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing deals
n




Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
n
Providing accurate and timely feedback on market conditions, customer and project developments using the tools provided
n
Providing accurate and timely reports as required
n
n
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
n
n
Demonstrated experience in a business to business sales position
n
Proven business development experience and sales results
n
Experience working within the motor vehicle industry or an industrial services environment
n
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce, Business or related discipline advantageous
n
Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
n
Advanced report writing skills
n
A high level of proficiency in MS Office suite
n
Licence to drive manual vehicles (C class) essential
n
n
