Job Description
We are currently searching for a highly skilled individual to join our team as a data entry and stock control processor. In this role you will be responsible for the integrity and maintenance of data entry processes and tasks. This is a permanent part time position based in Charters Towers, QLD.

Hours:
n
Monday-Friday: 9am - 2pm.
n
Weekends are not required.
n
As a data entry and stock control processor you will be responsible for:
n
n
Manage the return of faulty products to suppliers.
n
Ensure accurate data integrity and consistency across all systems.
n
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
n
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences promptly and professionally.
n
Conduct accurate and timely data entry tasks to update records and databases.
n
Generate and manage purchase orders for multiple store locations, ensuring timely and correct entries.
n
Work effectively with team members and other departments to support a cohesive work environment.
n
A dedication to accuracy.
n
Initiative and the ability to work unsupervised.
n
Problem solving skills with solid attention to detail.
n
Prior experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
n
Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly,



maintaining high standards of confidentiality.
n
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time well, particularly when handling large volumes of data.
n
Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of other data entry or database software (including the use of Microsoft excel).
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with team members, managers, and external contacts.
n
Ability to support colleagues and other departments with a helpful, positive attitude, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
