What you'll do
n
You'll provide high-quality counselling and therapy to couples, individuals and families with young people & children, to address the issues impacting their relationships. This can include general conflict, communication, domestic violence, mental health, addiction issues and child-protection. You'll use a Family Systems Framework in your counselling and provide information and referrals to improve the wellbeing of your clients.

Requires working one later shift a week and every second Saturday

Based in Parramatta
n
Approx $51 - $***** per hour (depending on skills & experience) + 12% super, 17.5% leave loading and tax-free salary packaging up to$15,900. (Increase your take home pay! Calculate Your Savings at

What you'll bring
n
n
Experience working with couples and families using a robust Family Systems clinical framework isrequired
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology or equivalent
n




Post-grad qualifications or training in Counselling or Couple and Family Therapy
n
Strong understanding of family dynamics, child protection, domestic violence, mental health, and addiction
n
A calm, professional and compassionate approach when engaging with clients
