About The Role

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Mill Operator to join our team at our Lara site.
n
In this hands‐on role you will learn to operate mill equipment, produce quality products and help keep our production running safely and efficiently.
n
Whether you have experience in manufacturing or are looking to start a recent career, we will provide all the training and support you need. What You Will Be Doing
n
n
Operate and monitor mill production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
n
Assist in producing high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
n
Monitor production processes and report any quality or equipment issues.
n
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
n
Follow workplace health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
n




Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
n
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
n
