n The Senior ICT Operations Coordinatoris a key operational leadership rolewhich provides stakeholder-focused coordinationacross allTIQ sites,domestic and international.The role drives operational excellence through effective demand
management,ICToperationaland
financialinsights, stewardship of the team's support queue,performance reporting, continuous improvement and delivery of technology
initiatives,projectsand
programs.The role requiresthe ability toensurebusiness needs are translated into practical, customer-focused technology outcomes withbest
practicegovernance.

In this role, you will:

Coordinatethe day-to-day operations of theITDteam, ensuring work is effectively triaged,
prioritised,allocatedandmonitored.
n
Establishand managereporting
frameworks,dashboardsand
performance metrics to provide insights into ICT demand,
serviceperformanceand
resource utilisation.
n
Lead business improvement initiatives by analysing
processes,identifyingefficienciesand
driving continuous improvement and organisational change.
n
Coordinate and deliver ICT projects and technology initiativesin line withbest practice
andQueenslandGovernmentgovernance
andrisk control frameworks.
n
Coordinateand manageresolution ofescalatedservice requests,




incidents,enhancementsand
operational activities to support business priorities.
n
Monitor
andcontinuouslyimproveITD
'sservice performance,
customersatisfactionand
service delivery outcomesin line with changing business needs.
n
Coordinateand collaborate withinternal teams,state and federal government entities,managed
serviceprovidersand
vendors tobuild effective and trusted relationships whichensure seamless and efficient ICT service delivery.
n
Provide and interprettechnical adviceto
developrecommendations
on ICT
systems,servicesand
emerging technologies to support
organisationalobjectivesand
innovation.

n You are an experienced ICT professional with a strong background in coordinating technology operations, service delivery and business improvement initiatives within a complex environment. You bring excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to translate data and insights into practical solutions while managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes.
