This is a full-time opportunity based in Campbelltown NSW ****. As the Disability Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our disability services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our clients.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Manage and lead a team of disability support workers to deliver high-quality services to our clients
n
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of client services. Rostering when needed.
n
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation
n
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes
n
Participate in the development and implementation of new programs and services
n
Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders
n
Contribute to the overall growth and development of the organisation
n
Manage our SIL/SDA Homes and establish new homes. Creating and implementing ROC's
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Substantial experience in a similar disability operations management role
n
In-depth knowledge of the disability services sector and relevant regulations
n
Strong leadership and people management skills
n




Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
n
A proven track record of driving operational improvements and efficiencies
n
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. health, social services) or equivalent experience
n
Aged Care Experience but not essential
n
