About the role
n
Join the team at Bob Jane T-Marts' as a Workshop Foreman / Foreperson based at our Coorparoo T-Marts. This full-time role is responsible for managing workshop flow, performing wheel alignments, fitting tyres and other automotive tyre servicing tasks to ensure customer vehicles are operating safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing
n
Managing workshop flow and leading a Workshop Team
n
Conduct wheel alignments using specialised equipment
n
Diagnose and rectify suspension and steering issues
n
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks
n
Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process
n
Adhere to all health, safety and quality standards
n
Contribute to a positive team environment
n
What we're looking for
n
Previous experience as a wheel aligner or in a similar automotive servicing role
n
Robust mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills




n
Excellent attention to detail and quality of work
n
Good communication skills to liaise with customers
n
Reliable and able to work as part of a team
n
Full manual driver's licence
n
