We are looking for a positive, energetic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to become a key link between our Sales Consultants and senior management.
n
This is not just an admin-based Sales Coordinator role. You will be hands-on with the daily sales operation – helping allocate appointments, supporting consultants in the field, assisting with closing opportunities, handling inbound enquiries and following up quotes to turn opportunities into sales.
n
The Role
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Allocating appointments to the right Sales Consultants.
n
Supporting consultants over the phone to help close sales.
n
Handling inbound sales enquiries and opportunities.
n
Following up outstanding quotes and proposals.
n
Helping the team achieve agreed conversion and closing targets.
n
Monitoring daily sales activity and identifying opportunities.
n
Creating a positive, upbeat and performance-focused environment.
n
Working closely with senior management to maximise sales results.
n
n
Who We're Looking For
n
You may be an experienced salesperson ready for your first leadership opportunity, an existing Sales Coordinator or Team Leader,



or someone with management experience looking for a new challenge.
n
You'll ideally be:
n
n
Confident, positive and motivated by results.
n
A strong communicator with good closing skills.
n
Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
n
Organised and able to manage multiple opportunities.
n
Good at building relationships and working with different personalities.
n
Passionate about helping others succeed.
n
Ambitious and keen to develop your leadership skills.

This role is designed to provide exposure to the fundamentals of sales leadership and management without immediately carrying the full responsibilities of a Sales Manager.

You'll work alongside experienced senior management, developing your skills in sales performance, closing, lead allocation, motivation, people development and team dynamics.
