About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, safety‐focused Grass Maintenance Worker to join our outdoor maintenance team. This role involves general grounds upkeep, mowing, and brush‐cutting work across sites. The ideal candidate will bring solid practical skills, a commitment to safe work practices, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate mowing equipment and undertake regular grass‐cutting duties.
n
Perform brush‐cutter and general grounds maintenance tasks.
n
Follow all OH&S; procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
n




Work across various outdoor sites, sometimes in physically demanding conditions.
n
Communicate effectively with supervisors and onsite personnel.
n
Medium Rigid (MR) Licence - required for vehicle and equipment operation.
n
White Card - Construction Induction Card (mandatory).
n
Working With Children Check - must be valid and current.
n
Experience and willingness to undertake brush‐cutter work.
n
Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) practices.
n
Reliable, physically fit, and able to work in outdoor environments.
