The role
n
You will deliver accurate and meaningful people reporting, analysis and insights that support decision-making across UniSuper. You will contribute to improving and automating HR reporting processes, dashboards and datasets while supporting the responsible use of AI-enabled solutions.

Deliver regular monthly, quarterly and annual people reporting
n
Prepare ad hoc HR reporting and analysis for business priorities
n
Analyse data to report trends, risks and opportunities, providing true insights for our HR leaders
n
Support data extracts, uploads, validation and integrity activities
n
Improve reports, dashboards and datasets for stakeholder needs
n
Identify and lead reporting efficiencies, automation and AI-enabled solutions
n

About you
n
You bring demonstrated experience in people reporting,



workforce data analytics and insights, with a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. You enjoy analysing data, improving reporting products and communicating clear insights to non-technical stakeholders.

n
Experience delivering regular HR reporting cycles and balancing priorities
n
Capability with data tools such as advanced Excel, Databricks, PowerBI
n
Experience implementing uplifts in HR dashboards or reporting
n
Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
n
Interest in applying AI to reporting and insights
n
Experience with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BIP) is desirable
n
