About the Role
n
We are seeking experienced and reliable Personal Support Workers to join our team throughout Brisbane and Surrounds. In this role, you'll provide person-centred, high-qualitycare to clients with complex needs,including:
n
n
Ventilators, PEG Feeding, Bladder Washout, Stoma Care, Peristeen and Tracheostomy Care
n
Personal Care and Hygiene including enemas and suppositories
n
Mobility and transfers using hoists, slide boards, and slide sheets
n
Monitoring health conditions, checking pressure areas, and assisting with medications.
n
n
Your support will make a meaningful difference every day.
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Available across mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers, active overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
n
Experienced in Nursing/Disability support or currently studying.
n
Confident and willing to train in complex care
n
Strong and authentic communicators
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
Valid Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Completed relevant qualification, or working towards a relevant qualification
n




Current Working with Children and NDIS Workers Screening Card, or willingness to obtain
n
Smartphone Device
n
Completion of NDI Worker Orientation module, or willingness to obtain
n
n
