The Opportunity

We are looking for a customer acquisition and relationship building star to support our NSW operations. Based at our Sydney site, this position is perfect for a candidate who is looking for a progressive, supportive career path.

Your Responsibilities
n
In this role, approximately 90% of your time will be customer focused. While you may assist with order picking during peak periods.
n

Customer Service:Provide exceptional face to face service for walk-in trade and retail customers.
n
Enquiry Management:Answer phone calls and process customer orders via email and phone.
n
Relationship Building:Actively maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek out new customer opportunities for both Hallam and Keilor.
n




Branch Support:Provide vital support and coverage for both branches when team members are on leave or unavailable.
n
Growth & Outreach:Conduct lead validation and research to expand our Melbourne presence.

Experience:Previous
customer service experience is essential; sales and trade experience are highly regarded.
n
Tech Savvy:Proficient in Outlook, the Internet, and CRM systems.

Mindset:You possess an unwavering drive to succeed and an open mindset willing to be developed for greater success.
n
Requirements:A current driver's licence is required for travel between Hallam and Keilor (a company ute may be provided for consecutive days at an alternate branch).
