Position Overview
n
Mammoth Underground Mine is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Mechanical Tradesperson to join our underground operations team. This is a hands-on role maintaining critical mining equipment in a demanding underground coal environment, ensuring reliability, safety, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
n
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot underground mining equipment
n
Complete planned maintenance and breakdown repairs
n
Work safely and comply with all site procedures and regulations
n
Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
n
Collaborate with crews to support production targets
n
About You (Skills & Experience):
n
Trade qualification as a Fitter
n
Additionalcertifications,
such as confined space entry, working at heights, or welding and fabrication.
n
