SAINT HAVEN is redefining luxury wellness. Our private members' clubs bring together world-class training, recovery, bathhouse experiences, science and 6-star service in one extraordinary environment.

We're looking for a Wellness Concierge to join our South Yarra club on weekends.
n
You'll be a key presence across our gym floor and bathhouse, creating an exceptional member experience and ensuring every space feels immaculate, considered and unmistakably SAINT HAVEN.
n
The Role
n
You'll move across the club throughout your shift, anticipating what members need before they need to ask.
n
n
Deliver warm, personalised and intuitive service across the gym floor and bathhouse
n
Welcome members and build genuine relationships
n
Support members with equipment, wellness spaces and club amenities
n
Maintain exceptional presentation across training, recovery and bathhouse areas
n
Keep towels, water and premium amenities replenished throughout the club
n
Ensure equipment and wellness spaces are clean, organised and ready to use
n




Complete regular checks and elevate maintenance or operational issues
n
Bring energy, polish and attention to detail to every shift
n
n
About You
n
You love wellness, people and creating exceptional experiences. You're proactive, polished and understand that luxury lives in the details.
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
Cert III or IV in Fitness underway or completed, or be studying Exercise Science, Nutrition, Sports Management or similar
n
Current First Aid & CPR
n
Robust communication skills and natural confidence with people
n
A genuine passion for health, fitness and wellness
n
A professional, service-led approach
n
Weekend availability
