We currently have a salaried Manager Assistant position available for our head office based in Malaga WA. This is a great prospect for someone looking to develop their administration and customer services capabilities and progress their career.
YOU WILL:
Support the director in all their duties and effectively carry out assigned responsibilities.
Ensure consistent and smooth implementation of daily operational procedures.
Communicate with the director to determine daily responsibilities for ongoing projects.
Handles and resolves any disputes within or related to the program and department, in support of the director.
Coordinates employee work schedule and collect and monitors timesheets for the departments.
Arrange business trips and coordinate events and activities as required.
Maintain positive client relationships.
Implement new procedures or operational changes.
Prepare, organize, and file office documents.
Perform all necessary daily tasks director requires.
Be a knowledgeable resource in matters related to our business.
The successful candidate will possess:
1+ years experience as a Manager Assistant or as an administrative assistant.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and multitasking skills.




A 'can-do attitude and an ability to adapt quickly and positively to change and to assist others to do the same.
A quick learner with a flexible attitude.
To be considered for this role you must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or full work rights in Australia.
