The Position
n
Based at our Wingfield office, the Estimator will be required to work to deadlines while coordinating multiple tender submissions and liaising with the Project Management team on current projects simultaneously.
n
The Estimator will be responsible for:
n
Assisting in the preparation of estimates for Tier 1 builders within the High-rise Apartments and Hotels based on drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.
n
Assisting in the preparation of tender submissions and proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements.
n




Developing accurate scopes of work and conducting material take-offs.
n
Analysing project plans, specifications, and other documents to fully understand project requirements.
n
Maintaining detailed records of estimates, quotes, and other relevant documentation.
n
About You
n
We are looking for a candidate who:
n
Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
n
Experienced in Construction Estimating
n
Has a Construction industry qualification or Joinery background, which would be advantageous
n
Demonstrates a results-driven, hands-on approach with a positive attitude
n
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
n
Has the ability to work effectively in both a team environment and autonomously
n
Has the ability to interpret and understand architectural drawings
