You'll be responsible for administering and supporting the organisation's core technology platforms, acting as a key technical escalation point and ensuring systems remain stable, secure and effective for users across the business. From Microsoft 365 and Azure administration through to end-user technology and device management, you'll play an key role in maintaining and improving the IT environment.

Day to day duties include:
n
Act as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Azure and end-user technology issues.
n
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and Azure environments.
n
Manage and maintain end-user computing platforms, including laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
n
Support and administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across infrastructure and user environments.
n
Manage user access, permissions and security controls.
n
Assist with system upgrades, technology improvements and operational initiatives.
n
Manage incidents, requests and changes through Jira.
n
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to process improvements.
n
Provide professional and customer-focused support to users across the business.

Key Skills & Experience:
n
Previous experience as a Systems Administrator, Senior Systems Administrator or similar infrastructure-focused role.
n
Strong experience supporting Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
n
Experience with end-user computing and mobile device management solutions.
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical issues.
n
Experience acting as an escalation point within an IT team.
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
n
A proactive approach with strong ownership and attention to detail.
n
Desirable:
n
Exposure to SAP environments.
n
Experience contributing to infrastructure projects, migrations or technology upgrades.
n
PowerShell scripting or automation experience.
