Job Description

As a Retail Buyer's Agent, you'll be embedded in an Aussie Store, working closely with mortgage brokers and in‐store teams to convert finance‐approved customers into successful property purchases.

Think of this as your own territory and referral engine, backed by brand, tech, and trust.

Work closely with finance‐ready clients to understand their property needs
n
Source suitable properties from on‐market, pre‐market, and off‐market channels
n
Conduct due diligence and property research
n
Lead negotiations and manage the buying process from start to finish
n
Build strong working relationships with industry stakeholders
n
Deliver outstanding service that earns client trust and repeat business
n
Partner with brokers to understand client goals and timing
n
Run buyer strategy sessions and tailor property briefs

Qualifications

You'll Bring

A Class 1/Full Real Estate License (or equivalent)

Proven success managing 20+ end‐to‐end residential transactions

Established networks to source off‐market and pre‐market opportunities for your clients

Solid knowledge of your local market and buyer psychology

Negotiation skills that build trust and deliver great outcomes
