A Boutique fit-out and refurbishment contractor is seeking a Project Manager to join their Sydney team.
n
The business delivers a strong, consistent pipeline of commercial projects across multiple sectors, typically valued up to $30M in Sydney.
n
This is a role for a highly capable Project Manager to work closely with the site teams to deliver multiple projects across Sydney from design to completion.
n

Salary up to $200k + super + benefits

Lead projects and develop into senior leadership role

Strong pipeline of commercial projects across Sydney

What you'll do
n
n
Managing commercial fit out projects across Sydney
n
Delivering projects ranging from $5M-$30M
n
Working closely with Site Managers and delivery teams
n
Managing consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
n
Managing multiple projects concurrently
n
Overseeing programming, procurement, financials,



and project delivery
n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
n
What you'll bring
n
n
Proven experience delivering commercial construction or fitout projects
n
Strong understanding of project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
n
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
n
Experience leading subcontractors and project teams
n
Robust commercial and financial management capability
n
Strong understanding of Australian construction practices and WHS requirements
n
