Our client is a leading facilities maintenance provider delivering services across commercial, government, and educational facilities throughout the Hunter Valley. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a trade qualified Plumber to join their team
n
As the sole dedicated plumber, you will take ownership of plumbing works while also supporting the broader building maintenance team with general maintenance tasks as required.
n
This role offers variety, autonomy, and genuine career progression, with the opportunity to help establish and lead a future plumbing division. Key Responsibilities
n
n
Carry out plumbing maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
n
Troubleshoot and rectify plumbing faults.
n
Perform Backflow Prevention and TMV servicing.
n
Operate CCTV and high-pressure jetting equipment.
n
Complete job documentation and safety requirements.
n
Support the broader maintenance team with general building maintenance activities.
n
Maintain a high standard of customer service and site presentation.
n
Adhere to all WHS policies, procedures, and site requirements.
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Current Plumbing Licence.
n
Current NSW Driver Licence.
n
White Card.
n
Experience with Backflow Prevention and TMV systems.
n
Experience operating CCTV and high pressure jetting equipment.
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
n
Ability to work autonomously and manage your workload effectively.
n
Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
Reliable, professional, and safety focused.
n
Current First Aid Certificate.
n
Experience in facilities maintenance environments.
n
Roofing experience.
n
n
Additional Requirements
n
n
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
n
National Police Check (or willingness to undergo one).
n
Ability to complete client and site specific inductions.
