We're seeking enthusiastic Nurses to join our Nurse Pool.

About the Role- Permanent Part Time

Multiple Positions

May be required to work across all sites. As a Nurse Pool team member, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care across a variety of wards and clinical areas. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, bringing your expertise and flexibility to meet patient and service needs.

About You
n

Current registration with AHPRA (Registered or Enrolled Nurse)
n
Demonstrated clinical competence and commitment to best practice
n
Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
Entitlement to work within Australia
n
A Police Check that is current and within 12 months of the issue date
n




Provision of valid Working with Children Check
n
Provision of an NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Seasonal influenza vaccination of healthcare workers in accordance with Secretary, Department of Health Directions
n
Registered Nurse (RN) holding current practising certificate with NMBA or
n
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
n
n
(AHPRA)
n
n
Experience of willingness to gain experience in area of clinical practice
n
Sound assessment, care planning, care delivery and evaluation skills
n
High level of documentation skills
n
Sound level of communication skills
n
A preparedness to engage in precepting / coaching EN students and
n
n
orientation of new staff
n
n
Commitment to team-oriented practice and productive working relationships
n
Ability to reflect on own practice
n
Evidence of ongoing Clinical Practice Development
n
Evidence of assisting peers with portfolio development
n
