Our client is looking for a Client Support to support clients through the exciting journey of building their dream home.

About the Role:
n
As a key member of the team, your role is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable construction process for their clients from after contract signing through to handover.
n
You'll be the bridge between clients, construction teams, and stakeholders - answering questions, solving problems, and keeping clients informed every step of the way.
n
This is a full-time hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and attend the office as required.

What You'll Do:

Client Communication:



Proactively update and guide clients throughout the construction journey.
n
Problem Solving: Address client concerns, identify issues, and work with the team to provide solutions.
n
Coordination: Liaise with site supervisors, admin, and stakeholders to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
n
Documentation: Manage variations, approvals, and key milestones while keeping records up to date.
n
Experience Delivery: Provide an exceptional experience that leaves clients excited and stress-free.
n
n
What They Are Looking For:
n
n
3+ years' experience in new home construction or a similar client-facing role.
n
Solid communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
n
Attention to detail and proactive follow-up to keep everything on track.
n
Familiarity with construction processes, CRM systems, and MS Office.
n
A home office set-up and the ability to work autonomously.
