We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our award-winning Food & Beverage team.

About the role
n
As a Bartender at Shangri-La Sydney, you will play a key role in delivering a vibrant and engaging bar experience for our guests. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining outstanding service standards, and contributing to the smooth operation of the venue.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks to the highest luxury hotel standards
n
Deliver warm, professional, and personalised guest service while maintaining strong product knowledge
n
Ensure consistency in cocktail preparation, presentation, cleanliness, and overall bar operations
n
Maintain stock control, beverage cost management, and accurate POS operation in line with hotel procedures
n
Uphold RSA, HACCP, ISO *****,



and hygiene standards while contributing innovative cocktail ideas and seasonal offerings
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
Previous bartending experience within a fast-paced, high-volume, or premium hospitality environment
n
Solid cocktail and beverage knowledge with a passion for mixology
n
A creative approach and flair for delivering memorable beverage experiences
n
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
n
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
n
