With offices in Surry Hills and Newcastle, our centralised media teams plan and buy nationally for a diverse set of clients.

We are looking for digital talent, that wants to help us shape the future of our digital offering and be part of an ambitious, supportive, and genuinely fun indie agency.

We're looking for a Senior Performance Manager to help us elevate and evolve our digital product, across all performance channels including SEM, Programmatic and Social.
n
This role brings together the strategy, planning and full ownership of your client's performance results. You'll have a genuine enthusiasm to jump into digital platforms as we evolve and expand our product.
n
Key deliverables are below:

Lead the performance channels and strategies within your client portfolio
n




Drive performance audits, forecasting, and best-practice implementation
n
Mentor and up-skill teams across omni-channel planning and buying platforms.
n
Roll up your sleeves from strategy right through to execution
n
A solid understanding of GA4, and the ability to set up tracking, conversion goals.
n
Deliver smart, data-driven reporting and transparent storytelling to clients.
n
n
What you bring:
n
n
6+ years' experience in digital / performance media planning and buying, across all social, programmatic and google ads.
n
Strength in forecasting, auditing, and optimisation
n
Confidence pitching and presenting to clients
n
Experience using key optimisation technologies and platforms
n
Highly analytical mindset + with advanced reporting capabilities
n
Deep knowledge of all performance platforms & bid tools (Ads Manager, SA360, DV360, Trade Desk)
n
Google & Bing accredited | a master of Google Analytics
n
Sharp problem solver with strong critical thinking
n
