The Role
n
You will provide domestic electrical maintenance and installation services while delivering professional, reliable and customer-focused solutions.
n
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
n
n
Completing domestic electrical maintenance,
installations and repairs.
n
Diagnosing electrical faults and providing safe, effective solutions.
n
Working with customers to identify and plan the right solution for their homes.
n
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
n
Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
n
Using our field technology and upfront-pricing system to provide a consistent customer experience.
n
Ensuring all work complies with applicable safety requirements, regulations and Australian Standards.
n
Maintaining a clean, safe and professional work environment.
n

Qualifications and Skills
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
A current Victorian Electrical Licence.
n
A current Victorian driver's licence, with a manual licence preferred.
n
Experience in domestic electrical service work.
n
First-class fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
n
Robust attention to detail.
n
Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
n
A commitment to quality workmanship and professional conduct.
n

Mandatory Requirements

A satisfactory police check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements for appointment to this role.
