We're seeking an ambitious Store Manager to lead our busy Cobram branch, driving sales, profitability, and team performance. If you're passionate about developing people, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a winning culture, you'll thrive in this dynamic role. Key Responsibilities
n
n
Oversee day to day branch activities across sales, operations, administration & leadership.
n
Manage store inventory,



proactively controlling obsolete and overstocked items to maintain high product availability and consistently meet customer demand.
n
Develop customer relationships & increase sales & branch profitability
n
Management of branch employees – Parts Interpreters, Stores & Delivery Staff
n
Take responsibility for OH & S compliance and ensure safety education is current
n
Administrative functions, processing invoices/credits and warranties
n
Saturday mornings as required
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
An ability to work in a driven and diverse team setting
n
Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
n
People leadership experience with the ability to engage with, and motivate team members to achieve branch targets and KPI's
n
Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
n
OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
n
Experience with European vehicles would be highly regarded
n
Current full drivers license
n
