This is a unique opportunity to combine your own clinical caseload with dedicated time to support clinician development, student education, clinical tutorials and quality improvement projects-all while working alongside our experienced OT Team Leader.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading quality improvement and clinical resource development projects.

Working collaboratively with the OT Team Leader to strengthen clinical excellence across the team.
n
Continuing to build and manage your own rewarding paediatric caseload.

This role is focused on clinical leadership rather than operational management, allowing you to influence the quality of care delivered across the practice while remaining closely connected to clinical work.

n
Loves working with children and families.

Current AHPRA registration.
n
A current Working with Children Check.
n
A minimum of five years' experience in paediatric Occupational Therapy.
n
Experience working with children from birth to 18 years across a variety of developmental presentations.
n
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Experience working with NDIS, private and Medicare clients.
n
Experience supervising students or early-career clinicians (or a genuine interest in developing these skills).
n
