Manufacturing Improvement Lead, Edinburgh, South Australia.

Working alongside experienced manufacturing leaders and production teams, you will gain hands‐on experience in a high‐performing manufacturing operation while leading improvement projects, solving real operational challenges, and building your capability for a long‐term career with CMTP.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Leading continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
n
Analysing production performance and identifying improvement opportunities
n
Solving operational challenges using data and practical problem‐solving
n
Improving workflow, efficiency and labour productivity
n
Working closely with production teams to reduce downtime
n
Supporting safety, quality and operational excellence
n
Coaching and developing production employees
n
Leading improvement projects from concept through to implementation
n
n
No two days will be the same, and you will have genuine ownership of projects that create a real difference in the performance of our manufacturing operations.

Qualifications or experience in any of the following would be highly regarded

Process, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering Studies
n
Business or Management studies
n
Leadership and Safety experience
n
Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing experience
