We are looking for a motivated 1st or 2nd Year Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Apprentice to join our growing team. You will work across a wide range of projects throughout Melbourne, providing high-quality solutions to commercial and industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

Assist tradesmen with refrigeration and air conditioning installations, servicing and repairs
n
Learn to diagnose and solve problems on site
n
Work productively and effectively within a team environment
n
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
n
Follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard
n
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
n
Be eager to learn new skills and put existing skills into practice
n
Be reliable, punctual and prepared to work
n
Represent the company professionally when working on client sites
n

About you
n
n
1st or 2nd Year Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Apprentice preferred, but not essential
n
Previous experience in the mechanical services industry is an advantage
n
A genuine interest in refrigeration and air conditioning
n
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
n




Current driver's licence
n
Reliable transport is preferred
n
Good work ethic and a positive attitude
n
Robust willingness to learn

Ability to work well as part of a team
