What you'll do
n
As our National Manager - People & Culture, you'll:
n
n
Help leaders build engaged, inclusive and high-performing teams
n
Lead a national team and build excellent People & Culture support practices.
n
Navigate complex people matters and workplace change
n
Turn big-picture workforce strategy into practical outcomes
n
Support organisational change, workforce planning and leadership capability
n
n
What you'll bring
n
n
Experience within a disability, community services, health or aged care environment
n
Expertise across ER, IR, workforce strategy and organisational development.
n
Values based leadership and passion for developing people
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
n




Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to balance people and business outcomes.
n
