We are seeking an experienced Lead ERP Data Analyst to support a major ERP transformation program. This role will focus on data cleansing, profiling, quality assurance, mapping, and migration activities across enterprise datasets, with a strong focus on Finance data (essential) and HR data (highly desirable).

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead ERP data cleansing, remediation, mapping, and migration activities
n
Profile and analyse large datasets to identify data quality issues
n
Develop and automate data quality checks and validation rules
n
Produce reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders
n
Support data governance, compliance, and privacy requirements
n




Mentor and coach internal data professionals
n
n
Essential Experience
n
n
Strong ERP data migration experience, particularly with Finance data
n
Extensive experience in data quality, profiling, cleansing, and remediation
n
Proven experience supporting large-scale data migration projects
n
Strong understanding of data governance and quality management
n
Experience communicating insights to technical and business stakeholders
n
Solid stakeholder engagement and mentoring skills
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
HR data migration experience
n
Experience with Aurion, TechnologyOne, Workday, SAP, or Microsoft platforms
n
Power BI and/or Tableau
n
Strong SQL and Python skills
n
Federal Government HR or Finance data experience
n
