About the Role: We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Occupational Therapist for a community-based role in Penrith, NSW.
n
While managing a small clinical caseload of your own, you will mentor and supervise less developed therapists in your team, and develop team resources to support best practice.
n
Use your expertise to address your individual clients' needs, and enjoy building relationships with partner organisations.
n
Collaborate within a team that prides itself on timely and consistent services, and share knowledge across the groupto improve your skills and progress your career.

This is a full time position, and some travel may be required.

$116,000 plus super + bonus

$90,000 - $95,000 plus super plus bonus

0.99c per km reimbursement

About You:
n

Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
AHPRA registration
n
3 - 5 years' experience
n
Leadership skills &experience;
n
A passion for high-quality service delivery
n
Excellent communication and report writing skills
n
Strong organisational skills and an ability to work autonomously
n
Highlyorganisedand efficient
n
Current driver's licence
n
Police Check
n
Eligible to work permanently in Australia
