We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual professional fluent in English and Chinese (written and verbal), with a refined understanding of luxury retail and jewellery. Key Responsibilities

Own the store's performance, from sales and KPIs to visual merchandising and operational excellence

Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing, client-focused team

Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with a sophisticated and high-value clientele

Manage inventory, stock control, and reporting with precision

Ensure every aspect of the store reflects the brand's premium positioning

Skills & Experience
n
Fluent in English and Chinese
(Mandarin/Cantonese),
both written and spoken
n
Demonstrated experience in luxury jewellery retail.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and elevate a team

Commercially astute, with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
