What would I be doing?
n
As aSupportOfficer, you will play a crucial role in helpingto
providetailoredsupportforpeople
with disabilityin their jobtomaintainlong-term employment.
n
Youwillwork in partnership with our clients and employers to provide on-the-job
supporttothatassistsinmaintainingemployment.
This couldinclude:
n
Learn and understand job requirements from the employer,
whileidentifyingworkplace
support needs for clients.
n
Identifyingclientsupportneedsin
the workplace and
provideindividualised
coaching,guidanceand
training.
n
Monitor and document client performance and progress,
whileprovidingregularfeedback
to both clients and employers.
