Responsibilities
n
n
Support and administration of SailPoint IdentityNow
n
Integration and customization of SailPoint IdentityNow in client environment
n
Developing Java custom code, custom connectors, and interfaces with other enterprise or cloud-based systems like SAP and ServiceNow
n
Communicating to clients, vendors and others about aspects of the product and about the implementation at the technical and/or functional level
n
Developing use cases, testing, debugging, support and maintenance
n
Interfacing with the client for requirements, customizations, product functionality, and feedback
n
Leading demos of configurations and customizations and general product OOTB features
n
Preparing technical and user documentation
n
n
Qualifications:
n
n
Minimum 4+ years overall IT experience
n
Minimum 2+ years' experience and working knowledge of SailPoint IDN(IdentityNow)
n
Extensive knowledge of security applications, specifically around identity management and account
creation/maintenance,
as well as 3rd party IAM offerings.
n
Experience with the any web technologies: XML, SCIM, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
n
Familiarity with Roles Based Access Control.
n
Valuable communication skills and experience working with clients and partners.
n
Experience in IAM Support/Operations managing
Incidents/Tasks/Changes/Problems
n
Experience with business requirements, design, and documentation of IAM products.
n
n
Preferred:
n
n
SailPoint IDN Professional Certification or training and/or SailPoint IDN Engineer Certification or training.
n
n
